On iPhone

1. Download Google Authenticator On your iPhone, find the App Store Search for ‘Google Authenticator’ Select Get in the right hand corner to download
2. Open Google Authenticator and Begin Setup Open Google Authenticator once it has downloaded Select Begin Setup Select Scan Barcode Allow Authenticator to access your camera
3. Setting Your Platform Password - please skip this step if you've already set your password In the Welcome email you received from Civis, click ‘Login to Civis Platform’ in your welcome email Set a new password of your choosing and click next
4. Set Up Google Authenticator for Platform Set up your 2-factor authentication by aligning the box in the Google Authenticator app on your phone with the barcode on your computer screen Click continue on your computer once you have captured the barcode correctly Next enter the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app into the prompt in Platform Congrats! You have successfully set up Google Authenticator for your Platform Account!
5.Using Google Authenticator for Platform going forward When logging into Platform, the platform will prompt you for your Google Authenticator code Open Google Authenticator Type in the code from Google Authenticator into the Platform prompt and click continue.

On Android

1. Download Google Authenticator

2. Open Google Authenticator and Begin Setup

Set a new password of your choosing and click next

4. Set Up Google Authenticator for Platform

Set up your 2-factor authentication by aligning the box in the Google Authenticator app on your phone with the barcode on your computer screen
Click continue on your computer once you have captured the barcode correctly
Next enter the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app into the prompt in Platform
Congrats! You have successfully set up Google Authenticator for your Platform Account!

5.Using Google Authenticator for Platform going forward

When logging into Platform, the platform will prompt you for your Google Authenticator code
Open Google Authenticator
Type in the code from Google Authenticator into the Platform prompt and click continue.
