If you know your password but would like to change it, please see the instructions below.
Please note that Civis requires passwords to be changed once a year. You will receive warning emails from Civis when your password is close to expiration.
Reset Password Instructions
- Navigate to Platform and login
- Click your initials in the top right corner and select My Profile
- Enter in your current password on the left side under Current Civis Platform Password *
- Enter in your new password on the left side under New Password

Re-enter your new password under New Password Confirmation
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update User
