Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, or someone else has changed it without your permission, please see our Account Recovery Process.

If you know your password but would like to change it, please see the instructions below.

Please note that Civis requires passwords to be changed once a year. You will receive warning emails from Civis when your password is close to expiration.

Reset Password Instructions

1. Navigate to Platform and login
2. Click your initials in the top right corner and select My Profile
3. Enter in your current password on the left side under Current Civis Platform Password *
4. Enter in your new password on the left side under New Password
5. Re-enter your new password under New Password Confirmation
   
   
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update User
