Filtering and Sorting

Filtering and sorting help you find objects you're looking for. Filtering and sorting are available on Imports, Scripts, Models, Enhancements, Exports, Notebooks, Projects, Reports, and Workflows Index pages.  There are some object-specific filtering options such as Source and Destination on Imports and Type on Scripts and Exports.

There are four sorting options on each index: Newest, Oldest, Object Name, and Last Run.

These options are sticky, meaning that if you navigate away from the page, log out of Civis, or use a new browser window, your settings will be remembered.

When you make multiple selections among different filtering types (like filtering to Author: You and Status: Succeeded) it's considered an AND operation.  When you make multiple selections within a filtering type (like selecting Succeeded and Idle statuses), it's considered an OR operation.
