Archive

You can archive Civis objects so they no longer appear in Platform by default.

To archive an item, click on the file box icon in the top-right corner of any object's page.  Items can be reactivated by clicking on the Unarchive icon that will be in the place of the Archive icon.

You can archive any Imports, Scripts, Exports, Models, Projects, and Reports that you have manage permission on.  While objects are archived, you can't make any changes to them.  They can't be run, renamed, added to a workflow, added to a project, scheduled, or shared.

You can't archive objects that are:

• Scheduled
• Part of a workflow trigger
• Published

Accessing Archived Objects

To easily locate archived objects, a filtering option has been added to each object index.  Selecting "View Archived" will show only archived objects.
