Overview
Favorites are a way to quickly access important objects that you and your team want to monitor, clone, or work on, directly from the Platform homepage.
You can have a maximum of 50 personal favorites, and your organization can have up to 50 organization favorites. We advise reserving your Favorites for special objects that you and your team reference or work on regularly, or that you will need to find many weeks, months, or years later. Objects that fall out of use should be taken off of your Favorites list to keep it organized.
If you cannot access a favorited object, you may have lost access; reach out to an Organization Admin to grant you access.
Organization Favorites
Use Organization Favorites to pin important projects, script templates, or other eligible objects for all members of your organization. Only Organization Admins can mark something as an organization favorite.
To mark something as an Organization Favorite, Organization Admins can select the bookmark on the upper right of each object:
We recommend that you limit Organization Favorites only to objects which are relevant and accessible to all (or at least most) users in your organization. The name, owner, and ID of organization favorites will be visible to everyone in the organization, regardless of whether or not they can access the object. The exception to this is Report viewers, whose view of Organization Favorites is limited to only reports and projects.
Personal Favorites
You can mark eligible objects as Favorites or remove them from Favorites by selecting the star on the upper right of each object:
Which objects are favoritable?
Currently you can favorite:

Where to find Favorites
Both Organization and Personal Favorites are visible via the homepage dashboards:
Personal Favorites may be reordered using the triple dots menu on the righthand side of the favorite row.
Favorited Projects are also available on the left-hand project pane under Recently Updated:
This section only includes personal favorites.
Archiving Favorites
If you archive a favorited object, it will lose its favorited status for everyone. Unarchived objects will need to be favorited again to access them via your Favorites.
