How do I submit a ticket to Support?
There are two ways to reach out to Civis Support:
You can email Support@civisanalytics.com with a description of your issue/request and all relevant information. More information about what details to include in your ticket can be found in the next section.

What Do I Include?
The more information that you provide in your Help outreach, the faster we will be able to help resolve the issue you’re facing. We recommend including the information below (if applicable) when contacting Civis Support.
- Relevant Platform object ID or link
- Steps that led up to this issue
- Screenshots of logs and error messages
- Full name of the jobs, groups, and users involved in this issue
- If you were assuming another user's role
- What outcome are you trying to achieve when you ran into this error?
