On the Homepage, click the “Activity” tab to see a view of the current activity on your Platform Instance.
This view allows you to observe ongoing, recent, and upcoming items that are visible to you. Filters are available for status and owner, as well as the ability to sort by ‘name’ or ‘newest.’ The default sort is ‘newest.’
Every 30 seconds, or when you sort/filter, the table will refresh with the most recent jobs, tables, and reports. Reports and tables only appear when filtered by “All” or “Succeeded.”
The activity view shows the most recent 25 items from the last 30 days and, if filtered, the most recent 25 items with the selected status.
You can filter by the following status options:
- All
- Scheduled - Jobs that will be run in the future
- Needs Attention - Jobs that failed or had an error
- In Progress - Jobs currently running
- Succeeded - Jobs that completed without error
By clicking on the name of the item in the activity table, you can go to its detail page to manage the job and learn more information.You can also hover over the icon to the left of the name to view the item type.
Your filter selections will be preserved from session to session.
