Policy Highlights
- Identity Resolution clients will be limited to 100 runs per month.
- As a client approaches their monthly limit, an automated email notification providing details of their current usage will be sent to the designated admin. An email notification will be triggered at 50%, 80%, 100% of use.
- If a client exceeds 150% of their monthly limit, the organization will not be able to perform matches for the remainder of the month.
- If a client exceeds the set monthly limit, they may be subject to an overage charge. The overage rate for input records is $15 per million records over the monthly limit. The overage rate for runs is $10 per run over the monthly limit. This is at the discretion of the account owner.
- Only successful runs will be counted towards a client’s usage. If a run fails, for whatever reason, we will not count that run or the number of records towards their monthly limit.
How will my run allocation be tracked?
Civis created a new Identity Resolution Usage Dashboard to provide users with up-to-date usage information. This Dashboard is accessible via the Accounts link in the top right corner on the Identity Resolution homepage. Clients approaching their run threshold will receive an automated email notification, triggered at 50%, 80%, and 100%.
What happens if we go over 100% of our run allocation?
Clients who exceed their run allocation may be subject to an overage charge of $15 per million records and $10 per run over the monthly limit.
Clients who hit 150% of total run allocation may be locked from running pipelines for the remainder of the month. Warning notifications have been put in place to ensure you are aware of your usage, and we suggest contacting the Account Owner prior to a lockout if additional usage is anticipated.
Who will receive email notification of the allocation threshold?
The notification email is set to your default account admin. If you would like to add additional resources to the notification list, you may do so via the Identity Resolution Usage Dashboard, accessible via the Identity Resolution homepage, under the Accounts link in the top right corner.
Will failed pipeline runs be counted against my allocation?
Only successful pipeline runs will be counted towards your usage. If your pipeline fails, for whatever reason, we do not count that run or the number of records in that pipeline towards your usage.
What is my current run allocation?
Please contact your Account Owner for your contracted allocation information.
