Third-Party Cookies in Services and Notebooks

Third-party cookies are required for services and notebooks to work correctly. If you see an error message directing you to this help page when you try to access a service report or notebook, please enable third-party cookies in your browser or add `civis.io` to the exception list and then reload the page.

To allow third party cookies in Google Chrome:

• Go to Settings
• Click on Advanced
• Under Privacy and security, click on Content Settings
• Click on Cookies
• Disable the Block third-party cookies setting
• If you want to keep blocking third party cookies for other sites, you can add an exception for Civis
• Under Allow click Add and then enter `[*.]civis.io` in the entry

Chrome is the only supported browser. If you attempted to view the service report or notebook in Safari, please try again with Chrome.
