To keep M-DIVE secure, all users are required to set up their logins with a form of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
Unless you are using a Single Sign On (SSO) provider for your M-DIVE account, this means you will be required to log in using not only your email and password, but also a code generated by a trusted application on your phone or mobile device.
These instructions describe how to set up Google Authenticator, which is the recommended authenticator app for Civis Platform. You will need to follow these instructions when first setting up your M-DIVE account with MFA, or if you ever need to reset your MFA settings, such as when you get a new device.
