Note: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is set to replace Google’s Universal Analytics (UA), which Civis lists as the UA (or v3) option in Civis Platform’s Google Analytics script template. You can find the documentation for UA/v3 here. Universal Analytics (UA) properties will no longer process data from July 1, 2023. After July 1, 2023, you will be able to access your Universal Analytics reports for a limited time. New data, however, will only be pushed into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. During this limited time period, you can continue to use the UA option on the template script to export your historical reports into Civis. To migrate from UA to GA4, please follow instructions provided here: Migrating from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4.
