You will see a pop-up screen called “Open a visualization” as shown below. Then filter to “Only you”, this will show all previous tables you created for “PMI Quarterly report” and click on it to open it.
c. Once the “PMI Quarterly report” is opened, note that it will show the last data submitted with organisation unit at the district level.
Step 3: Edit the Pivot table from District to Facility and save as new Table “PMI Quarterly report-Facility”
a. Click on “organisation unit” as shown below:
b. In the pop up, choose “Facility” in the “Level” dropdown.
c. Click on “Update” to see your final pivot table needed for API submission.
d. You will now see the final pivot table needed for API submission.
Follow STEP 4 to 7 in the API documentation here DHIS2 Integration with M-DIVE (April 2021) to transfer the data to M-DIVE.
Additional Notes
- Transmitting facility-level data is likely to take much longer than district-level.
- Before transmitting a full 6 month period for all facilities in your country, we suggest testing a smaller submission of all facilities in one province, state or region.
- Facility-level data is aggregated in M-DIVE to all higher-level administrative boundaries. Unless additional transformations or adjustments need to be made to arrive at accurate district-, regional-, and country-level values, it is not necessary to also submit data at these levels.
